I had been a yo-yo dieter for more than 30 years and had just about given up hope of losing the excess pounds until I stumbled upon Real Living Nutrition and Roseanne Rust in April, 2007. I started with the Mini Diet Makeover and was so impressed with the in-depth and helpful analysis that I signed up for the Balance Program. Over the course of a year, I lost 40 pounds and to date, have been successful in maintaining my pre-yo-yo diet weight of 115 pounds. I have lost weight in the past, but would gain it back after hitting a plateau and becoming discouraged. Roseanne skillfully guided me through the plateaus and helped keep me moving in the right direction. Real Living Nutrition was offered as part of the CAM (complimentary alternative medicine) program by my company so I signed up. Working online with my dietitian taught me how to eat, what to eat and so much more that I had no idea about such as resistant starches, etc. This was not a diet but a change in lifestyle. This program provided me with facts and information along with personal feedback and support that guided me to making the right choices that I can live with for the rest of my life. To date, I’ve lost 105 pounds.

I approached the Mini Diet Makeover Assessment with a diet that was already quite healthy but left some room for improvement.
