Orange Cardamom Over Night Oats

Overnight oats with the sweetness of oranges and a hint of cardamom

  • ½ cup raw oats
  • ½ cup almond milk (can use any type of milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼th teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • ½ orange, segmented (can also use tangerines)
  1. In a wide mouth mason jar, add the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey and cardamom. Stir well, put on lid and store in refrigerator over night.
  2. When ready to eat add orange segments to the top. Enjoy!
