Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen fava beans, thawed in a colander
  • 1 ½ cup frozen corn, thawed in a colander
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil on low heat and cook garlic, careful not to burn it until it is softened.
  2. Add the vegetables, herbs, salt and pepper until warm, about 5 minutes. Serve warm or at room temp.
