The Real Living Nutrition program has been a godsend for me. It has been a year since I started
the program and I have lost a total of 39 pounds and have been maintaining my weight over the
past few months. This program has helped me to recognize that I sometimes eat for reasons
other than hunger and now I stop and ask myself if I'm really hungry or if something is bothering me. It has also inspired me to maintain an exercise regimen which is helping me to maintain the
weight loss. I would highly recommend this program for anyone who is seriously interested
in improving their health and the quality of their life!

I approached the Mini Diet Makeover Assessment with a diet that was already quite healthy but left some room for improvement. Meri's suggestions and modifications to my diet and lifestyle were very helpful and informative. It has been a week since I began implementing them and I notice a change already -- I am cutting down on emotional-eating, cutting back on sugar-based snacks, and practicing better portion control.
