When approaching weight loss one of the most important things is to step into the journey having a clear vision of what changes you are going to make that you can stick with. The majority of people tend to follow a strict plan and then...something happens. Perhaps they have to go out of town or their job gets really crazy. This makes us "fall off our plan". This keeps you stuck in a never ending "on again", "off again" dieting rollercoaster. How many times have you said, "I'll get back on track next week when things have calmed down." You will have better long term results by picking one or two changes that you can stick with no matter what comes up in life. This is the true definition of lifestyle change. It has to work at all times because one thing we know for sure is that life is going to get crazy!
